I know...I know. Not cool to just close up so unexpectedly but I didn't really have much of a choice! It is indeed the end of an era. The T(ea) Gallery has closed its storefront for good. I almost felt like the last woman standing, to be honest with you. Of the businesses I know that came to be around the same time as me, I don't know of any that are still around in their same form. I am very excited to be moving on to some new challenges and one of them is to keep this thing alive and well online! I need to keep in touch with the wonderful people I've met through these last few years and this just might be the way to do it!
I'm re-working some things and need to update my inventory so please be patient! Inventory is slowly moving from downtown back to West Seattle. I'll keep you updated.
Peace, T

It's a new year and with that comes a re-design of my website! You may have heard that the storefront downtown will be closing :( at the end of February. Take heart my tea drinking friends...the website LIVES. Your favorite tea will still be available from me via mail order or delivery by yours truly (to a limited delivery area of course). This economy has thrown me for a loop, but it has not beaten me, I promise. New adventures lie ahead and I hope you keep an eye out on the site and email me often. I look forward to taking this journey with you. Peace, T

Whew. It was a brisk and oh so short holiday shopping season this year. Sale on right now...through year-end. 15% OFF everything in the store that is not previously discounted (excludes original artwork). There is a tea shipment on its way and lots of steeping mugs, tea sets and Ingenuitea (tm) teapots on the shelves! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and are getting geared up for New Years Eve! I know I am thrilled to have made it through 2009 with just a few scrapes and bruises. Truly looking forward to lots of changes and much success in 2010!

New tea! Mugs! Infusers! Calendars!!! I can hardly contain myself. My little shop is actually looking a bit closer to normal with full shelves and lots of visitors AND I actually even got here on time today! Who woulda thunk it? Brand new to the list is Puerh Vanilla Mint...an incredibly soothing blend that I'm sampling for everyone today. Reminded me of the holidays which works out nicely :) The fantastic, award-winning holiday blend Cinnamon Plum has also arrived, along with Ginger Lime Rooibos, Dragon Well, Lavender Earl Grey and my favorite Masala Chai.
Get 'em while I got 'em...2010 Life's Little Victories/KChronicles Calendars signed by the ever elusive brother of mine, Gentleman Cartoonist Keith Knight. First come, first served and NO HOLDS. He's leaving the country in the next few weeks so I won't be able to get my hands on any more!!!

November. November? NOVEMBER...are you KIDDING me? I remember thinking at the beginning of 2009 that this would be a calm, peaceful year. Boy, was I wrong. Personal and professional challenges abound for me and my family and I'm sure you can empathize. Well, I'm hoping to end this year with a proverbial "bang" with a fantastic holiday sales season and lots of fun. I'm in the process of stocking up in holiday inventory and I will keep you updated as things arrive. Thank you so much for your patience this past year...I have been out of town a lot and you've stuck by me. THANK YOU.
